In this hands on cooking class you will master the art of five decadent and delectable desserts including: Panna Cotta Chocolate Fondant Lemon-Passionfruit Curd  Fresh Peach Crumble and Sticky Date Pudding You will make five of these gorgeous desserts, which some you will savour here and some you will take home to enjoy later. The five desserts may vary from class to class. Under 18's: Children between the ages of 12 -18 may attend provided they are booked in together with a Parent/Guardian over the age of 18 at a ratio of one adult: one child. Please note: Sydney Cooking School (SCS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning SCS.
